Her Essence BC upholds a firm policy of NO refunds or exchanges, with exceptions made solely for errors originating from our end. To address any concerns, please file a complaint via our customer service text line (747-329-7999) please be sure to include your full name, order number & the issue you are having. Please note that HEBC requires up to 21 business days to fulfill orders, including restock & bundle orders. By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to dispute charges through any credit/debit card network such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel, please contact us at info@heressencebc.com or text us at 747-329-7999. Cancellations are ONLY accepted within 24hrs of order date.
